How does it work?

How and when do I get paid?
You always get paid before you hand over the keys. Your options include cash, EFT or bank-cheque.
How long does it take?
We can usually complete the inspection, paperwork and payment within 15 minutes.
Do you come to me?
Yes, we will arrange a time and place that is convenient for you.
What paperwork will I need?
You will need the vehicle’s registration certificate and your drivers licence. If these are lost or misplaced please call 1300 926 833 to discuss alternatives.
Are there any associated costs or hidden fees?
None whatsoever. The price we agree on is the amount you will be paid in clear funds.
Can I sell without a roadworthy certificate or registration?
Yes, as licensed motor dealers we are authorised to buy your car without a roadworthy certificate or registration.
Can I sell a car which is not registered in my name?
It is possible providing you have a signed letter of authorisation from the registered owner. If these are unavailable, please call 1300 926 833 to discuss alternative documents.
Will you buy a vehicle which is financed?
We will. The first step is to contact your financier and request the payout amount of your loan in writing. We pay the outstanding balance in full to the financier and any remaining funds to you. If the payout amount is greater than your valuation, you will need to pay the gap.
