How does it work?

We provide online or over-the-phone valuations. Simply complete the web form and our consultants will email and SMS an indicative offer, or call us on 1300 926 833 and discuss a valuation with our team.

How and when do i get paid?

You get paid before you hand over the keys. We pay cash, EFT or bank-cheque. We pay you on the spot, before we take possession of your car.

How long does it take?

We can usually complete the inspection, paperwork and payment within 15 minutes.

 

Do you come to me?

Yes, we come to your home or business to finalise your sale anywhere in Australia.

What paperwork will i need?

You will need the vehicle’s registration certificate and your drivers licence. If these are lost or misplaced please call 1300 926 833 to discuss alternatives.

 

Are there any associated costs or hidden fees?

None whatsoever.

How do I schedule an appointment?

Simply call 1300 926 833, email or SMS to book an appointment. We generally inspect between 8am and 6pm 7days, but there is some flexibility if this time-frame doesn’t suit you.

Can I sell without a roadworthy certificate or registration?

Yes, as licensed motor dealers we are authorised to buy your car without a roadworthy certificate or registration. We buy ‘as is’, ‘where is’. No preparation whatsoever is required on your behalf.

Can i sell a car which is not registered in my name?

Yes, generally, providing you have a signed letter of authorisation from the registered owner. If these are unavailable, please call 1300 926 833 to discuss alternative documents.

 

Will you buy a vehicle which is financed?

Yes. Firstly, you will need to contact your financier and request the amount to finalise your loan in writing. We pay the outstanding balance in full to the financier and any remaining funds to you. If the payout amount is greater than your valuation, you will need to contribute the residual or gap at the point of sale.

I’m relocating in a few weeks. Can I lock in a valuation now, but use my car until just before I leave?

Yes, we can inspect and confirm your valuation today, and you can keep driving your car. We’ll complete the paperwork showing a 10% deposit and a predetermined collection date of not more than 14 days in advance.
